When I was in 3rd grade I created a papier-mâché tiger for one of my classes, and much to my surprise (and joy) my teacher said it was good.  Thus began my love of art and design.  In college, I studied Public Relations and Marketing, getting to explore the writing and layout design side of things.  After college, I had various jobs in Higher Education from Admissions to Financial Aid.  I also lived in Ukraine for 2.5 years! (tons of stories there!)  All the while, I did design jobs on the side.  Whether it be a newsletter, brochure, or business card I relished in each project!

 

I'm a southern belle living in Northwest Arkansas.  I had the priviledge of doing some freelance work for a local coffee company, creating not only promotional print materials but also coffee bags.  This was an absolute delight!  The challenge of creating a design that not only showcases the coffee but also the organization represented on the bag was thrilling.  Since then I have decided to continue doing freelance design work to help satisfy that constant desire to be creative.  If you are interested in my work, please contact me.  I am excited to hear from you!
